The Lactation Network
If you have any of the following insurance plans, my services may be fully covered under The Lactation Network (TLN):
Anthem
BlueCross PPO
Blue Shield PPO
United Healthcare (UHC)
PNOA
Multiplan (often seen with Aetna)
VA CCN
Please note that TLN does not cover travel fees. See travel fees for more information.

Self-pay
If you are not covered by The Lactation Network, you will pay out-of-pocket. I will submit a superbill to your insurance company on your behalf. I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed by your insurance company.
My fees are as follows (virtual/your home):
Initial Postpartum Consult $200/250
Follow up Postpartum Consult $150/200
Prenatal Consult (virtual only) $175
Bottle Feeding Consult $175/225
Pumping Consult (your home only) $125

Sliding scale
You may be eligible for a reduced, sliding scale rate if you or your partner qualify for WIC or are on Medicaid.
My sliding scale fees are:
Initial Postpartum Consult $150-200
Follow up Postpartum Consult $100-150
Prenatal Consult $75-125
Bottle Feeding Consult $125-175
Pumping Consult $50-75

Please note that travel fees are not subject to reduced rates.
My starting point is Trumansburg and I can travel up to 90 miles for home visits.
My travel fees are as follows:
No fee up to 35 miles from Trumansburg
$30 for 36-45 miles away
$50 for 46-60 miles away
$80 for 61-90 miles away
Travel fees are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
